I think He's just throwing shade, Kelli (imo) doesn't have the greatest voice, but it works masterfully for what was sang on the 'Becoming X' album. Those who liked/ like at least that album LOVE her voice on it. It just...works. She's not a Fake Lead, imo, she was the square peg to their square whole. Anyway, like most others have said, them giving her the boot was most likely due to her being the center of attention. What a shame too, None of them gained anywhere near the amount of relevancy that they had when Kelli Ali + Sneaker Pimps.
