25+ years of this sneaker game and I think this list is a fair assessment of 2024. I do love my Jae Tips though, true head turners - and whist they won’t be something anyone talks about in 10 years (but neither will any 2k runner)- they will have put Saucony onto the sneakerhead map for the next few years. aj1 85 high is $250?!?! just a year ago they were $200, just $20 more than regular aj1 highs. the 85s are one of my fav j1s. i own georgetown, varsity red, black & white, and the red metallics. people complaining about stiff leather?!? thats cuz its good leather. you gotta break them in. whatever, if people dont want them, i got a better chance to cop them.

I appreciate a few of the shoes on this list, but the fact that the bc3 and bred reimagined get so much love make me sick. Theyre ugly and unoriginal. I go with the most of your takes but not with the Nina Chanel Abney Bicoastal. They definitely are fire 🔥 Anyone who thought they were getting nubuck sneakers because of the filters didn't read the description, there were enough pictures and early pairs to know what the sneaker looks like. I got the sneaker I was expecting. I think it's the boldest approach to a Jordan 3, she was the first ever to be allowed by Jordan to style the Jumpman as a collab partner in her way, not to mention the incredible heel tap. I don't know how the picture you showed came about, did someone play soccer with the sneakers? My Ninas look totally fresh with the orange laces and still look evenly green! No washed out, scratched canvas etc., the picture is totally cap. Sry. When then show the sneaker live! That's not what the sneaker looks like. And then my favorite Coloway on a Jordan 4 and mist beautiful fours ever along with the Off-White fours is the A Ma Maniere Fossil Stone W.Y.W.S! Fact! Sorry. Always these bored rehashes of old classic colors. 🥱 The Nina Chanel Bicoastal is not the sneaker of the year for me, but the best Jordan 3 collab.
