A 10 lb lateral raise is a reasonable weight for that type of exercise especially if you are unfamiliar with the exercise or new to the gym or even if your tired from another exercise . For example, he thinks everyone is taking pictures with him because they're fans (and maybe they are), but plenty of people who've travel to Japan (and many other Asian countries) can tell you that they'll ask to take a picture with you just because you're blonde-haired & blue-eyed, or tall, or black. There is every possibility that at least half the time he's been asked for a photo, it was basically a comment that he _looks weird_ and they want to show people this weird looking guy they came across. Though, I do think that there are things involved in trans healthcare that aren’t healthy for trans individuals, and THAT is what I worry about, not how they want to live their lives. If you’re an adult, I believe you should be allowed to walk whatever path you want - self destruction or self help, for example. However, while I believe children can be trans, I’m a FIRM believer that messing with a kid’s hormones, blocking their puberty, etc. is a BIG leap over the line. I’ve met an ADULT who identified as a trans man for awhile, got a mastectomy, then realized they were agender. They said it was their biggest regret, and they can’t go back and reverse it. So to do these irreversible procedures of children, who are still struggling to find their TRUE identities, is horrific. Not to mention, a page straight out of a eugenicist’s playbook. So, so, SO many trans kids who get hormone therapy before their bodies are ready for it will never be able to have kids. And I’ve met trans men that want kids, but ultimately can’t have them. Where have I heard that before? It surely couldn’t be the same tactics the U.S government used to stop non-white women from being able to reproduce! Make them infertile without letting them know as they “treated” their patients. Not to mention that these practices cause legitimate health issues. People who had puberty blockers miss out of their bones gaining more density, for example, so they’ll be more prone to severe (and potentially lethal) injuries. If a trans woman who never had the chance to go through puberty breaks her femur, she’s very likely to bleed out in a matter of minutes, especially if it’s a compound fracture, or a bone fragment nicked an artery. I’m queer, and I want my trans and gender queer siblings to be able to live long, happy, healthy lives while being true to themselves. You can absolutely confirm and support someone’s gender identity, without that individual needing to medically transition. (I also know if I hear one more person say something about not medically transitioning leads kids to kill themselves, I will SCREAM. That’s a tactic I’ve seen a lot of people use and it’s 100% emotional blackmail. My sister does that to me all the time, suicide baits my family and I. It gets real old, real fast, and your sympathy dries up when YOU start to become actually suicidal from another blaming their want to die on you.)

I will always dislike people like sneako, adin Ross, and Andrew tate. If they were just more genuine and didn’t turn everything into “us vs them”. I feel like they don’t practice what they preach. They act like they’re above everyone that disagrees with their motives.
