But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town and in his own home.” In this verse jesus is talking about how he didnt get that much respect in his hometown. John 17:3 New International Version Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. In this verse it clearly says jesus is not god but someone sent by god. Matthew 21:11 And the crowds replied, “It’s Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee In this verse jesus and his followers reached to jerusalem and the community asked who he was. And that was the answer of his followers. Mark 30:32 Only father knows, not the son or angels In this verse we can see that jesus is not all powerfull. Only god is. If they were one the verse would say only father and son knows. After i was sure that he was a prophet cause he never said something about not being a prophet i saw this verse Revelation 22:9 But he said, “No, don’t worship me. I am a servant of God, just like you and your brothers the prophets, as well as all who obey what is written in this book. Worship only God!” In this verse an angel talking to paul. Clearly angel says that people should not worship someone other than god himself. And if jesus is a prophet clearly. Why do christians worship jesus?
