U can try cashback instead of boots to get the extra ruby crystal for warmogs passive 200g faster, giving you 30-60s extra to play for plates and also faster Spikes later on.

Refill also benefits from backing. You can back for refills and effectively not be punished for it because of TP. I mean obv don't back only for refill. Its just a nice bonus.

also gwen is a mundo hard counter since her passive does true damage, you just have to survive until you can fight her.. she'll wreck you on laning phase tho

Qwen destroys most tanks. I have played gwen and thr only tank champ i hated was Cho gath since he has silence and knockup.
