I know that statsis is in the artifact (heavily) but so is devour you can use your gl to weaken then use the perk power to pain (multi kills against weakened targets grants devour) not a lot of YT'ers are looking into that perk, it works great with the breachloaders.

I've thought about it but it really comes down to whether the GL can actually kill things or not since their damage is pretty bad. In mid game content this probably works pretty well but in things like GMs idk how practical it would be. Could be good for something like the upcoming Elders activity or the exotic mission.

people reeeeeeeally sleep on doubling up on powerful attraction. The radius you collect orbs has honestly made it mandatory for me when I'm flying around using thruster. Boss room in lightblade you can literally instant super from using your thruster once.

@SneakyBeaver even at center plate one just wasn't a sure thing for me. But in general your thruster just becomes a far more reliable heal since you'll pick up stuff 18.5 meters away. Two basically gives you 50% more, which for me at least is too good to pass up.

To answer your "Will it get nerfed?", it already has. While the ignition bug is happening with all ignitions currently and is much more severe across the board than the nerf Bungie intended, its pretty clear the nerf was mostly targeted at Consecration Spam, Dragon's Breath and maybe Ergo Sum. Song Of Flame's biggest boon was its versatility and buffs, so an ignite nerf wouldn't effect its performance too hard. Tommy's Matchbook, Ice Breaker, Eriana's, and Polaris hardly felt it seeing as those guns primary purpose was clearing fodder around high priority elites on the field and not single target sustain damage via ignites. 1K I think they just completely didn't care if the gun got worse and definitely wouldn't be the target of any nerfs. On the flip side of that, Dragon's Breath has been better Anarchy since it's inception into D2, Caster Frame TPF Ergo Sum was an extremely high dps weapon for being a low-skill-floor special, and Slam Spam has been the best add-clear and boss damage ability since its introduction in The Final Shape.

Consecration is not really affected by the ignition bug. The bug affects multi ignitions on the same target. Consecration almost always nukes the target in one go.

There's a guy who has figured this out in more detail (don't have the link right now, but a quick search on reddit should be sufficient), but I'm 100% sure this does in fact affect consecration.

@@SneakyBeaver It was to hit it as a Boss nuking ability. While not a high bar, last season there was a guy who solo’d Nezzy on Titan whose primary damage output was Consecration. Bungie like Consecration as a room destroying tool, and are likely fine with it in that sort of setting. But they don’t think it should be doing boss damage levels of DPS, and nerfing repeat ignitions was basically the only way they could keep it exactly the same as a room nuking tool (AKA keeping its damage against trash mobs and its uptime exactly the same)

Glacier is good. Initially I was running it instead of thermite but I found myself easily getting my dark meter full from just lost signal so I swapped to thermite but glacier is a solid option especially to feed into courage.

So small suggestion, i dont believe the 3 and 3 on head and gauntlet is worth it either the diminishing returns a stasis siphon would go great with the huild instead of the third and on gauntlet a reload, dexterity, or on melee dmg return grenade or class ability energy back

3 heavy handed gives you an orb on every melee you do aka every consecration slam. It is very much worth it. Lost signal is not exactly great in the damage department so stasis siphon wouldn't do much and as mentioned, you already make orbs with every melee

If you actually use them yes. Every class an add clear melee build option and with the right exotic it makes those classes very viable. The warlock alone is extremely useful with the stasis turrents but I have a melee build that works just like the titan one. I run the strand melee with that electric slide ability. My next one will be with the hunter.

The real complaint was versatility. Versatility and effectiveness are different things. The aspects outside of consecration and knockout don’t synergize. Build diversity for end game content is lacking and the most recent titan exotics don’t really help either.

Yes 3 heavy handed makes a big difference. It allows you to make orbs non stop (1 sec cooldown) so when you are around large waves,, this helps you make tons of orbs which you can then suck up with powerful attraction to get to your T-crash faster. Melee kickstart really isn't needed as you shouldn't have much issue getting to prismatic quickly and from there you have unlimited melees

because a wider radius for ignitions = more enemies dying besides just the ones directly hit. Simple as that. Blessing would do nothing as you're already healing after each consecration and your abilities already explode, esp when you have unlimited ability spam in transcendence, which you need to make it work. justice is just a waste of a slot.

Consecration isnt the reason why its op. Transcendence charges too fast especially by using supers (thundercrash + lost signal and stasis + baton are just instant transcendence) and during trans you will most likely recover your entire super with 3 melee orb mods and 3 super restore mods. Bungie need to break this cycle where you have either trans or super for like 90% of the time you are fighting. Best changes : supers dont provide trans energy anymore or trans charging slower in general.

Ofcourse Bungie would nerf this at some point. Doing GMs with 90% ability spam and 10% weapons used just to spam abilities again absolutely goes against their philosophy. Especially when you can make double special viable on GMs and heavy ammo weapon optional. But as someone else already said, Prismatic Titan is a one trick Pony. Reducing the effectiveness of this combo and class items while not providing any interesting alternatives specific for Prismatic. So until they do make significant changes , it'll stay like this. time will tell.

Yo Sneak...does choice of super matter here? Any intrinsic reason for T-Crash or can we roll with personal preference like Twilight Arsenal or Behemoth?

You could pick whatever super you want or prefer. Main reason why I went with T-Crash is because it's doing a ton of damage right now and has a faster animation & Instant damage opposed to having to throw 3 axes or slam a bunch w/ behemoth etc

Facet of purpose is incredibly important at times. If you are in a 3 stack with good plays (triple consec titan) then you dont need purpose and can run T-crash. However, if you are running LFG with 2 invis hunters then you would want Behemoth with purpose for frost armor. The choice for frost armor over woven is just that Behemoth is a much better super. Twilight is more niche, you can run it if you are with better players cause it gives debuff but overshield just doesn't have the uptime as frost armor.

@@CPWS_The_Stingray beserker may be a worse super than behemoth but I will say it can be good extra utility against champs for suspending instead of just trying to freeze them to death and AFAIK Woven is still better than frost armor so both have their upsides.

You gotta up the sensitivity or slow down, you’re missing the initial consecration hit way too much in the gameplay and both of them hitting is pretty key. Going for the quick 180s is a bit less cool when you’re missing

For Lightblade specifically - Moths, cursed thrall, explosive ammo bricks & things like boss stomps There's also sometimes an interaction where if you're too close to an enemy you kinda just send the consecration through them which is...not ideal.

Have you gotten to try vesper of radius on solar for phoenix dive spam or boots of the assembler for fusion nade spam through benevolence (personally felt better than Starfire)?

@Necro2Mutou depends on what u mean. When surrounded u still get insane phoenix dive Regen and an initial explosions damage from use, the blind only occurs if ur on an arc super.

Prismatic Titan isn’t broken. Speed runners are the ones who make it broken and it’s still a risky play style. He forgot to mention that out of 100 Titans doing a GM with this build only 1 will be successful because of skill issue. Consecrate carefully titans.

1 out of 100 is def an exaggeration. I've been doing GM LFG all week and have had many titans running some variant of consecration. Besides, something can be broken but in a good way.

I love running consecration Titian as I’ve always played warlock but having trouble when using the Ps5 controller because of sprint and slide having to hold the thumb down and then sometimes activating shield or my melee ability errr!! What I did choose the O/shield button to only activate when double pressed but doesn’t seem like I can remove the delay/thumb 1 sec delay from walk to run then use my ability. f I could just sprint the entire time I would be could to go. Anyone have any thoughts ? Main issues transitioning from walk to spring not great when trying to hold in the thumb stick which leads to using my melee ability or missed concentration..
