Am I crazy for thinking that Karthus ult just did THAT much damage? I'm not a Karthus player, but he was pretty scaled at that point and Maw is only covering the base damage without the AP scaling on ult no? Maybe I'm doing my head math wrong tho.

@@dk8101 The math was done in the video. It showed Nami taking slightly more damage since she had a bit less mr. If Maw worked properly, Lucian would have taken significantly less damage. I actually found someone in URF complaining about their Sterak's as well

I'm not sure Maw triggering properly would have saved the game for TES; though it definitely would have been better than what happened. Lucian got caught by Sett's E right after he dashed, so he would have had to walk to the Nexus for a chance to end it, but the rest of GAM were coming in hot. Either way I wish Jackylove would have noticed it and paused the game; I'm curious to know what Riot's response in the moment would have been.

@@karsonkammerzell6955 No, the chronobreak goes back to a "neutral"(as in, nothing important was happening, just people walking) point prior to the bug, so probably to the part just before ornn ulting the wave mid, because at that point TES was just walking with the wave. Either way, no one can prove that the bug changed the result of the game, GAM had already respawned during Sett's ult and then He hit his E on Lucian with no flash, We would never know if Lucian had the time to walk and hit the nexus in that situation.

I don't think anyone noticed the bug until everything's too late. Vandiril's tweet and video was made like a day after the games were played. And it's kinda on TES to spot the bug and call for a chronobreak/rematch. But it seems like TES didn't see it and just accepted it.

Arguably if the bug didn't happen they won the game because lets face it, they don't get wiped and they're on nexus. That wouldn't take a remach either. The other team was eliminated anyways it barely matters to them. TES goes on to be part of the tie breakers and who knows if rogue does or doesn't make semis

What sneaky said is a vasavascal response. It can be triggered by blood or pain but it can also just beother stuff. Im nornally fine with needles but if i have to get a blood test without eating for 24hrs i pass out easy. Something to do with being hungry or not having energy makes it fucked. Where as normally i could be stabbed with a bunch of needles and be fine.

The craziest part about the GAM vs TES game ending is that TES completely had the win after the elder dragon steal. It came down to 3 spells: 1) Ahri missed her charm @ 56:02 on Sett. 2) Renekton didnt W Sett 3) Nami didn't even try to bubble Sett. If Ahri, Nami, or Renekton CC'd Sett to let Lucian auto the Nexus, TES would have won. They threw the win.

Unlikely, but still no one can prove that Lucian could survive AND hit the nexus with maw activating. People (Mostly LPL fans) just needed an excuse for the poor performance of TES in groups and that bug was perfect for that.

someone tested it in customs. Apparently, if karthus has shadowflame it messes with MAW. If the lucian had MAW + no boots, or MR boots, it would activate. If he had any other type of boots (which he had cdr boots here), maw doesn't activate. There's a video on youtube about it.

he wouldn't have killed sett, the problem was that the sett wouldn't have insta killed the lucian and he could have dashed to the nexus and got 1-2 autos on it. Don't know if it would have won the game, but it's a "what if" situation unfortunately.

hearing meteos think Anivia is trash made me laugh. That champ is the most oppressive disgusting thing to ever exist in mid lane. Especially if you're melee, or even have the same range as her.
