My Dad grew up in Tanglin Halt as a lil kid, early 70s. Showed him this video. This video made him nostalgic, this neighborhood, once his home and now seeing it in a state like this only reminds him about the passage of time. You've made my old man a fan of yours. We've been binging all of your videos afterwards too.

as a '90s kid who grew up in tanglin halt, i can only say the neighbourhood used to be somewhat of a giant retirement village - just lotsa old people chilling about, minding their own business. it honestly is quite sad to see it in its current state and i would think any ghosts there would probably just be the many old souls who used to reside there in the first place.

same. it's not as lively as it used to be. I grew up with my cousins in tanglin halt. I remember there was a dome shelter and a futsal court near my grandmother's place. Sad to see the current state of the neighborhood being left abandoned.

Human souls go to Heaven or hades immediately after death, and no longer able to wander on earth. The ghosts or spirits people encountered are all 100% demons, disguising themselves as deceased human beings like family members to deceive people that there's life after death where there's no accountability to God or judgment, just freely roaming the earth? No, there is judgment from God on all human beings and we all have to give account to Him on the things we have done and said in our lives living on earth! This is why we instinctingly feel afraid of ghosts, even if we may think it was our deceased family member but no, it is a demon, an enemy of God that has no purpose but to roam the earth seeking to kill, steal and destroy human beings.

There were actually a lot of signs of a paranormal presence. For example, the noise in the living room at the one unit, and then the street light turning off while near it. The light turning off is what happens for me every time I feel scared or nervous for my safety in public, if a light goes off it means that nothing will harm me & I’ll be safe. I have proven this to be true multiple times throughout the years. Because every single time the light doesn’t go off something dangerous, scary, or nearly bad happens. It’s always streetlights for me. Personally, I think it’s my spirit guides. 😊

We rented in Tanglin Halt for 6 years until early 2022 - block 32 on the 1st floor, with the back yard. It's really a nice, quiet neighborhood. As most of the occupants are senior citizens, they will be hanging about, or blasting their TV/radio and cooking in the kitchen. Never had any eerie feeling or encounter anything before. The units are old.... i remember that once in a blue moon, i hear running steps coming from the empty unit above us. It never bothered us enough to go investigate~ We recently revisited this place after supper (the economic noodle from the hawker is really good - ask for their special sambal), wasn't scary to us.. maybe cause we stayed there before :)

Reason: Cos there’s no spooky music in my background 😅 Have to give it to them on music direction, video edit, narrative etc.. My mom and dad went and stayed in a hotel somewhere in Singapore which pretty much scared my mom when she was shown something trying to get me when I was still in the womb. She gets haunted for some reason, and to this day she still keeps reminding us about that experience, even my dad had something to say about it. (Whether you believe me or not, a little ghost girl lives by my stairs in my home in Cebu. We know because, like some of our family members keep seeing it, we also know someone who could see through the beyond and told us that those people that we encountered on our house are actually, protectors.)

So there is channel called “watchers”, and one of the ideas was talking to spirit in an accent from 1900s or talking to them in their native language. I thought this was good idea since maybe the spirits are not talking because they don’t understand what you are saying, I mean this place was built during the 1960s and was vacated at 2014, so probably a lot of elderly lived here who probably knew no English at the time. Also I heard a theory that some ghost don’t know they are dead or because they old they tend to have more manners so you have to greet them, introduce yourself and go in. Don’t just barge into someone’s house and just ask them random questions, if someone did that to you, you wouldn’t want to talk to them either

Just wondering with all the red tapes in Singapore. Is this place open to public to just be explored? Would make a great Hantu, Hide and Seek area.

Hello!! I just wanna say i recently popped on your channel and I really appreciate your content ☺ From what I've understood you haven't always been making ghost hunting videos but I gotta say theyre amazing! From someone who hates horror and loves suppernatural i rlly like the fact that you don't make thing up just for clout and to scare people, which is rlly amazing in my opinion. Anyways keep up the good work and I'll be tagging along from now on :)

i was there few mths back late at night after i missed the last train and decided to explore a bit. I walked all the way to a park alone around 2am. Then i turned and walked back to the commonwealth MRT to take a cab home. Feeling nothing, I was more worried about police patrol cars or stray dogs. Gonna have problem explaining why I was there at 2am in the morning. lol

I really do not want to ruin everyone’s fun thinking this is a scary estate, but I’m sorry!!! I think everyone deserves to know, as much as there may be spirits there? The mascot at the start of the video is the mascot of this program done in the estates called “the noise lab”, so all the open windows and doors you see are most likely used by this program. I thought the lift should not have been working since when I went to the noise lab last week, they stated that the lifts were not in working condition. The things sushi detected may have been things left my the people from the noise lab. I believe it is safe to say that this place is NOT haunted. If I am not wrong, I went to block 55, so it cannot be possible that it is haunted. What the emf reader detects is most likely just electronics used by the noise lab which uses some of the blocks at this estate. Although it may be haunted too, I would like to say it most likely is not haunted. (It may have spirits too, but it is being used by the noise lab. Those rooms which are decorated are confirm used by the noise lab. Edit: I am pretty sure I went to block 55 for the noise lab experiment, so I think the knocking from the door which was said in the video was just from an employee :)
