Brooo my first job was at Subway and nobody checked the temps. They literally just made up temperatures that “sounded” realistic. No clue how much spoiled meat we sold to people. Also the manager’s friends who open the back door (which opened to the kitchen) and would hang out there smoking pot and cigarettes for HOURS, letting all sorts of bugs and crap in.

I actully have experience in both resteraunts as I managed a mcdonalds and worked at a subway and I can say subway is much healthier for you than mcdonalds cause you have to think how much sodium and grease your eating in bigmac and fry and compare it to a chicken sub(which has a cooler and lid for chicken for when not being used) and a bag of chips.

So I've worked at subway for 9 months now, and leaving bc it ain't worth it, and I can tell you, it's healthier than McDonald's, if your getting a six inch, with some sort of lean meat or veggie patty, no cheese, and at least some sort of fiber like spinach, and getting a regular amount of veggies (not extra or light) and you get the regular or light amount of sauce and you get the least fat, oily, and high in calories sauces. Two sauces at most. Then it's healthy. Otherwise that sandwich is so bad for you lmao. Same for wraps, salads, and protein bowls. Oh and get oat meal cookies if you get any cookies, only two. Get baked chips not regular because they greasy, and just get water, a juice, or vitamin water for a drink. If that's what your getting the yes tubbo, subway is healthy. But tbh it's fast food it's as healthy as fast food can be.
