Excellent. Set up to measure 1 minute of Arc resolution. Assumed to be "normal". Some normal eyes, can only read 1.5 minutes of Arc. The Snellen must have a bright light on it This is an excellent review.

How do you express an angle in minutes and not in degree?

1 min arc is equal to 1/60 degree. For smaller angle min arc gives more accurate measurement. That's why we use min arc instead of degree. Thank you, Samir Sutradhar

Front size can also measure in mm. But here 20/100 means, patient is seeing the letters from 20 ft only where a emmetropic can see these letter from 100 ft.
