Hiei is invisible, when you used a Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryuha; throwing the top and then crossing on you're body.

Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryuha wasn't very good in this match-up! I'll avoid using it against Raizen, a close-range character.

@@redarts6822 The best choice didn't come out, lol. Yeah, you're right, I've seen Raizen contest the Jaou with a fireball. By the way, the fireball is very on the neutral, he took some advantage on stage with it and went straight so fast on the corner.

Unfortunately Hiei is one of the few characters that have to respect his projectile in neutral, as bad as this special move is.
