Wow, Japan received a ton of cool exclusive games on the SNES and other consoles. Despite the game being very short & easy, gotta love how its full of personality & has a stellar quality soundtrack!!

If this were sold as a Power Rangers Turbo game there would have to some edits like Zonette would have to be replaced with Divatox, the wimpers could be kept but also the Pirantrons would have to be added in, the Carranger mentor would have to be replaced by Alpha 6, new cutscenes and music would had be done, Sirender (Blue Centrion) & VRV (Phantom Ranger) would have to be added as playable characters, and lastly a Megazord battle would have to added too because this game has no battle with RV Robo (Turbo Megazord) or VRV Robo (Rescue Megazord) battles. Not to mention the final level would have to be replaced with Divatox’s sub or base which is the lair of the bad guys in Carranger from the exterior.

Well it do a small changes for example the stripes of the CarRangers in SD form into normal body and add in his civilian forms and morph in Turbo Rangers just like the SNES games of MMPR and MMPR: The Movie and the enemies and bosses too.

I know SNES was gone in 1997 when Power Rangers Turbo was airing, but this game could've been ported on Playstation or PC and localized on West as a good Power Rangers game with English translation, arranged sounds & music, Turbo theme on the main menu, and Carranger-exclusive characters replaced with Turbo-characters.

I find it odd that NO ONE decided to mod for this game like they did with the Megaman and other kinds of PR games out there. 'shrugs' You could've need to collect 500 parts to make the Megazord and add in the Megazord section from the MMPR SNES game or something since after all..both games are made by Natsume. Or just make the lifebars vulnerable and have the powers ups like the Sidecars and Turbine Cannon as desperate attacks when you collect them.

The easier way to earn parts is don't kill the stage 1 boss so fast, kick more flying cars before kill the boss. Stage 4 can earn the most parts.
