okay, so it's the moving dots from k.c. munchkin but you have to gather four of each color in order to be able to grab the keys and advance? that's a pretty cool little setup.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's a pun to the king of pop. I feel this game falls in the weirdness territory of "I'm Sorry", another bizarre arcade game with similar gameplay and goofy graphics. Sorry for replying 6 years later.

@@RetroArcadeGuy: I know of that wanna-be _Pac-Man_ arcade game as well. You play as the former, late, and disgraced Japanese Prime Minister Kakuei Tanaka as he avoids government men, Michael Jackson as a vampire, Madonna, and late Japanese pro wrestler Giant Baba, LOL.
