But since device's team is actually competent, they get a lot of kills as well, reducing device's stats since he can't kill what dupreeh and Magisk already killed two minutes ago.

The HLTV Ranking is badly calculated using the wrong criteria. So deep runs in Tourny's (where you play more maps vs better oppo's), do not matter? Tournament wins do not matter at all ?
