The amazing thing about sniper elite is that they added the sound-masking system once the player hears something loud he can shoot and the enemy can't hear it There's only one movie that made that technique I think it's name is Enemy at The Gates

Karl's background: Very little is known about Karl's life prior to his military service. He was the son of an American ambassador to Germany before the war broke out, and was raised in Berlin. He studied at West Point, shortly after America's entrance into World War II in December of 1941, where he became a qualified Sniper. Karl's skill as a sniper was unmatched, and he became a great asset to the allies, during the Second World War. He was often sent as a solo infiltration unit, on some of the most top secret espionage missions during the second world War. Karl has been charged with various objectives, including: Assassination, reconnaissance and intelligence gathering, sabotage, search and rescue, and the recruitment/elimination of Nazi scientists. Karl's exploits made him a legend among soldiers, and were instrumental in the Allies victory in the Second World War.

The Nazis nicknamed Karl as the ‘Desert Ghost’ due to his ability to appear and disappear whenever he was spotted. Karl Fairburne also earned the name ‘The Shadow’ for his stealth capabilities during his missions on Italy. Though a vital asset in operation paperclip, he was only nicknamed as ‘The Sharpshooter’ for his efforts in the destruction of the V2 program.

Karl Fairburne May not have been real, but he encapsulates the determination and fearlessness of so many men during WW2 who not only fought the Nazis, but died ensuring their country could fight on to see another day. Also this theme is straight up kickass, which goes well with the badass character of Karl Fairburne

What I like most about this game is seeing the DAK and the Italian troops together. Something you can see in SE4 Italy, with German troops and black shirts. I like the North African campaign. You play COD2 BRO: There are Germans and Italians, but they don't fight together even in North Africa or Sicily. There are also Vichy French. you play MOH EA: There are only Germans in Tunisia. you play MOH Vanguard: There are Italians and Germans, but they do not fight together in Sicily, in fact, you fight with one faction at night and the other during the day. you play MOH U: You go to Monte Cassino and there are no Italians, only Germans. You play COD FH: There are Germans and non-Italians in North Africa. Therefore, for me Sniper Elite 3 Afrika is the best representative of that campaign.
