Headshot are one shot kills. You can also one-shot people with low health. There are people who have made 2-3-400+ m kills with iron sights. lol stop being so ignorant and accept that some people are better than you. Or get the practice in and see for yourself that you can do this.

I don’t care what you claim. All of what you see in this video can be and is explained by good settings, aiming mostly with camera, and having a mouse and keyboard. Do you see how long it takes for him to aim with and throw grenades? Now surely whatever aim-assist you are talking about would also help with that.
