You will encounter 2 Germans when going for Sub Objective A. You don't have to attack them as they won't really kill you, so you can just aim for the Russians.

Iirc they aren't hostile, the german disguise actually works in missions where the russians are your main enemy. The bonus mission for example also has around 2-3 germans appear which are fighting the russians, those will not attack you.
