6:18 Is it a hint to the "hidding in a truck" cutted feature from SE5 ? Since the videos of Barracudda and Core2TOM I really hope to see it at least in this game but also with a patch on SE5. It would bring so much more creativity to the infiltration and playing against an invader. I hope the game will feature: - Authentic Plus difficulty, - More diversity in ennemies and vehicles, - Shoot the vehicles through their weakspot (like in SE3) - Bigger levels and taking place during the day (closer to SE4), - No Focus nor HUD in Authentic invasions, - No minimap hint on the objectives location (let us discover it ourselves while collecting intels) - More fights alongside friendly NPCs (such as SE4) so it gives you a scripted opportunity to help you counter the invader (I hope Propaganda are not totally separate missions that will replace the SE4 Friendly NPCs type of fight) - More scripted moment of ambushes by the enemies and so on (like SE3) - This hidding in a truck mechanic I would have prefered to see the sniper glint blinking (like in SE3) instead of being persistent, at least in Authentic and Authentic Plus it gives more challenge and get the game much more interesting

extra cool input, Invader can fight the resistance fighters (those friendly npc's). I feel like that would be interesting. fun fact I got into an area where resistance fighters were as a jager (map 8 se5) and it actually lets you kill them.

I hope this is not the finished product. This mission alone needs more enemies, original music and not cue used in the previous game as well as non hostile NPCs such as civilians. I am happy to buy another Sniper Elite game as I really love the franchise, but it needs to justify itself and not just come off as DLC. I'll look for improvements in whatever footage is released next.

In sniper elite 4 you can’t massacre the enemies, they kill you easy peasy. In 5 and this one you can go rambo mode even in max difficulty. 4 was the last real sniper game. This will be good for 15 bucks or so.

I love SE but the biggest update I can see is him mentioning the grass being itchy rather than “a better place to hide.” I get the approach of if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, but this game needs a bit of a shake up or a kick in the pants. It’s SOOOOO SE to say “ooh I think there might be some tunnels around here somewhere, maybe I should keep an eye out for some” once he’s TWENTY METRES INTO THE TUNNEL😂

The voice over in French at the beginning of the mission is hilarious (not in a good way). I wish Rebellion would really expand on the franchise instead of making new versions which looks like DLCs. There is so much that can be added to provide new and exciting mission opportunities: Swimming, diving, driving vehicules, more interaction with objects, inventory management you name it!

As an old school gamer who does not have the time for multi or coop games. Only play single player games these days. Always loved this series since the 1st as well as the Zombie Army series. But always wanted to have a 1st person POV option in each. 3rd person just makes games way too easy as I usually turn off the hud and other cheats like rader, minimap, icons and lock on aim. 3rd person also ruins the immersion The one thing never liked about Rebellion is their insistence on 3rd person only. Also ever SE3 or 4 the Sniper Elite franchise feels, plays and looks nearly exactly the same or 3 were all based in the Med theater and honestly its getting boring. Would love some eastern or northern front action like Poland, Norway or something other than North Africa and Italy. How many games/years did it take just to reach just France. The UI, HUD, fonts and or even missions are basically the same. The Xray kill cam is not all that cool anymore either. Lastly the cost of DLC's are really overpriced for the amount of content you get.

Great series but come on, the graphics look good but not really changing the slow motion kills and keeping the same ones from V1 is insane to not expand on that, by now I should be to disintegrate knee caps and explode shoulder blades, grenades should send arms,legs, bone fragments, muscle fibers and body shrapnel everywhere.
