multiplayer has been revealed, the menu looks like destiny, you have specialists like in black ops 3, thrust jumping like in BO3 and wallrunning and even the HUD looks like black ops III. zombies is now set in the 80s in a theme park and it looks kind of cool and silly. and the MW remaster fucked up the guns sounds, you get medals in the top of your screen which is annoying and the HUD looks like it is from cod ghosts. overall. kind of a dissapointment.

I think they changed the revive system.for me I have to press r1(I play on console).to notify a player to revive me, and to revive someone they have to press that button. at least from what I can tell.

Like every Battlefield, everything has it's strengths and weaknesses, if lots of people focus on a tank, tank is destroyed very quickly, however that didn't happen here. When I played the BF3 Beta, and BF4 beta me and my friend did the exactly same thing, it seems that people just have no idea how to take out the tanks at first. I personally like games in which tanks and vehicles are powerful even when playing as regular rifle infantry because it forces me to switch up my play style instead of just blindly charging in all the time. You have to do more than just pick the right weapon, aim well and keep moving when an enemy tank shows up: you have to stick to the town areas, scramble madly for cover, set a trap with mines, wait patiently for a perfect anti-tank gun shot, defend a strong fixed position, wait for/go get your own armor/air/artillery backup, use teamwork and strafe around the big bastard with various grenades, perform a heroic suicide attack, actually retreat and regroup, etc. It's more fun when it's not just "oh look a tank, switch to the instakill tank-killer gun, soak it with standard infantry weapon fire or press 'y' to board done with that charge charge charge." And of course, if it takes a bunch of players to beat a tank, well, your side has your own tanks which can either keep an equal number of enemy players busy or start an equal-terms armor duel. I do think the argument of realistically limiting tank visibility to 1st person is legitimate but then as a tank driver you never get to see your big metal beast blundering around : P

You're shamelessly bashing on people you're farming with the tank and not for the right reasons. I'm not defending them based on their skill, as no doubt some of them could have done something better, but even if they did all they possibly could, in most cases the only way to effectively knock out a light tank is to have multiple infantry swarm in a coordinated suicide run, because no doubt the tank player will easily kill most, if not all, if they're any decent with their aim. It requires teamwork and anti-tank weapons that will in most cases get you killed as you in return deal about 20 damage to the tank at best, seeing how in almost every case you have to expose yourself too much to use them. I would be okay with tanks being this hard to destroy if they had only first person camera available to the driver (maybe with the possibility of looking out the hatches at the expense of making yourself vulnerable), their mobility was somewhat reduced and their turrets turned relatively slowly, to make it possible to outflank and sneak up on even a driver that pays attention, unless they work with their team, encouraging teamwork. The repair ability allows them to fix up their machines with relative ease and too quickly, but if they had a harder time to get out of trouble, it could somewhat counterbalance it. I feel like the main issue lies in most classes of previous games having some sort of way of disposing of a tank on their own with relative ease, whether it be the engineer with his missile launchers (AT rocket assault thankfully fills the role, but I've barely seen any of those) or support/scout with C4 charges. Here, most will not have enough ammunition for the weapon that allows them to deal damage to vehicles and unless plenty of teammates decide to focus on that tank at the same time, it will most likely accomplish nothing, as the tank can easily repair the damage a single person has done to it in a matter of seconds. Of course while scoring a kill on the person that tried. I once managed to put all three dynamite bundles on a light tank as an assault and detonated them to only do about 50 damage and not even disable him, which felt absolutely ridiculous, The landships should by all means stay the way they are, as they have the disadvantage of weapons having limited aiming arcs and there's often miscommunication involved between the passengers. They're menacing, but also big, slower and their crew needs to work together to be in any way effective. Meanwhile light tank drivers fulfill all these roles at once, removing the need for teamwork, all while their tank can take too much punishment for what it is and has the additional flexibility. While it was enjoyable to not have infantry destroy my tank as easily as in plenty other Battlefield games, it was also infuriating to play against, as in most public matches, you cannot destroy a player in a light tank on your own while on foot (in most scenarios), while they certainly can and will do so over and over. It's too easy to be on the top of the scoreboard in a light tank on your own, which really shouldn't be encouraged.

This game is amazing. Even the beta was super fun. In first days of beta I finished a game 58-5 with light tank and sniper. People really didnt know how to kill a tank and they just ignores it and got destroyed. But players learned how to approach and defeat a tank in the last days of beta. This is one of the best fps games I've ever played. A must get. Playing with planes was fucking ultra fun. I got addicted to the game but beta end too quickly. I love this game so much already. Cant wait for its release.

This is why I keep making AT videos using the assault class, key to the success for an assault player is a good support player. As long as I can rely on my support teammate I'm still frustrated over tanks, the bipod bugs and how slow it is, but the tank will go down. That being said, tanks were silly OP in the beta because keep in mind, tankers can also improve and LTP. In the beta any noob coul just no-brain the light tank (not directed to Jack) Imagine how powerful this is when an actual tanker is using it

Honestly, the best way to balance out a lot of the tanks is reduce the turrent movement speed (sensitivity), because right now you can look around a certain area as quick as you can on foot. The turret should be slow moving all the time regardless of how minute of movements you make.

+YSAmmo I have played Battlefield since BF2. In BF3+4 I was in the national team of my country and we won the world cup. That being said, the tanks are op. On flat ground they are extremely hard to destroy since the Dyna explosion time is way too long and the AT nades don't explode on impact, which is the reason they are only good at flags like F where there isn't much space for the tank to move.

I think the tank hunter needs a buff. Also the horses should deal more damage to tanks, imo horses should be a reliable tank counter up close

I've noticed that people throw normal grenades at tanks instead of Anti-Tank grenades, maybe thinking to do some kind of damage. It's kinda of silly how easy it is to go tank, because some people don't realise how to use the tool at their disposal. Though, now near the end of the beta, people have begun to use proper tools, thankfully. Good video mate.

It's not the players fault, its the devs fault! The first time I took the howitzer tank I didn't even know how to switch to the main cannon so I was driving around like an idiot thinking it was a machine gun tank. I also didn't know there was an AT Rocket Gun. The devs have simply failed to communicate the gameplay mechanics to the players.

No, that's your fault. When you spawn into the tank, it shows your entire inventory to the right, from primary and secondary to special abilities. And how could you POSSIBLY have not known that there was an AT rocket gun when im sure you were killed by it many a time.

+jaswah That's exactly what I'm saying. You have to have some experience with the game. At first I didn't notice the weapon interface, I didn't know about AT Rocket until I was killed with it, I didn't know that you can press RMB to aim a bomber etc. BF4 was much more clear with this instructions, maybe that's because I know about modern war more than I know about WW1
