I didn't have all perfect gear for this clip but still did over billion damage.
1. Use weapon with Shield Maiden to max Shield
2. Switch to one-shot rifle and hit 3 crits
3. Use Venator's Knife and Hunt the Prey
4. Activate Twisted Rounds and hit a non-crit for the kill
For the weapon with Shield Maiden I recommend something with decent mag size, good stability and accuracy, and high RPM for stacking Shield fast. Double Gun is great for this but pistols or LMG work too.

Always running the one shot build to play around. I like it. Miss playing the game for sure.
