DIY fix your sleep schedule: stay up as late as you normally do or even all night, then either set an alarm for like 6 am or just go through your day without sleep. the day will suck, but you will be tired enough to go to bed at like 9-10 without any trouble, and your schedule will be fixed the very next day.

When it comes to fixing the sleep schedule I think the best approach is to spread it out over a few days. Some people just stay up 24+ hours and go to bed to save it, but that's never worked for me at least. Just start one day with staying up till like 10am, then next day 12am etc until you've reached the time you feel you should be going to bed

Little suggestion for your sleep issue . Try to do more things within your day , rather than your normal routine, that are exhausting which would lead you feel more and more tired. Best way to do that is to stay on your feet. This helps me whenever my sleeping schedule is off when SAT or finals time comes around and it helps a lot. Feel better Jev
