As someone who has put about 150 hours on the map I gotta say yeah. The core gameplay loop is the exact same but the way you go about said gameplay loop is wildly different

Yep. Spawning in, it opens up to a different feel. A city that has no building allowed in it. Zombies that can follow you everywhere and a build up to the end. Definitely a eye-catcher.
