Hi Kerry. I'm sorry, I just couldn't figure out what the the first layer is? The strip y.Oh glued the tea bag too? Also, how do you attach the woven material to the strip? 💮🌸🌺 Congratulations on your anniversary! 💐💮🏵

@@loribaca9065 I’m sorry I wasn’t a little more clear. The paper is from paper bag handles that I cut off. There were 3 layers and the bottom layer was the very center of the handle. The top layer was wider than then middle layer. I used the middle layer to weave thru the top layer because it was wider. I glued the tea bags to the bottom layer then sewed the weave on top of that with a zig zag stitch. 😀 And thank you ☺️ ❤️
