It's so nice to do a bit of chores around the house with your chatting to keep me company 😊 I may need to get that cat PET tape as well, I've been wanting it for a while so maybe this is a sign, hehe. I resonate a lot with what you said about getting irritated when you have no time to yourself. I have that too. I just need some time to just play with my pens, stickers, write a little here and there - just to ground myself again and feel like myself really. Hope you have a good week!

As a previous dog trainer, make sure you don’t cater to the dog to the point where he gets separation anxiety. It’s OK to leave him for a while now and it’s actually good for him to know that you can leave and come back. Human beings are the ones who set up this problem.😊

That is a lot of time that you are spending with your dog! I don't think I fully realised. I hope you can find time to create while your family is there. If not, you'll be making memories you can add later. Do you use a photo printer? I can't remember you putting photos in your journal. There was someone I watched who did journal with me videos and they would have the photo upside down for privacy and then trace around it to save the space for adding the photo later. I thought that was a brilliant way to do social media!

I don't use photos. It was keeping me from journaling and so I canceled photos. Yeah, I'm spending so much time with my dog, but it's slowly getting better.
