Perhaps don't accept orders you can't accomodate. You now state there was only so many ovens, pans, hours, etc. This has to do with OVERSELLING! Mom is not a machine, yes have a cut off date for orders but also know the capabilities and limitations of your business and your service. Btw, paypal doesn't have isht to do with how you run your business, it's "only" responsibilty is collecting the payment.
