Developing the BAe-146

My mother recorded this short documentary from an NZ television broadcast in the late 1980s. I'm unsure of its source - all info welcome! - but it covers the development of the British Aerospace BAe-146 from exploring the then-new concept of noise pollution, to the drawing board and systems testing, to the prototype flying.
