Spent 10 minutes practicing the Terry Griffiths long pot with white following through into the pocket. Easy enough to pot the object ball but very difficult to get the white to follow into the pocket. Did not do it once. Will try again during the week.

For the last routine, I would recommend playing with the intent of leaving the ball on in a safe position - if you can´t make it, try the same ball again. And try to minimize the repetitions on missed safe landings. You can even try that with something like 3 reds on the beginning of the routine

That’s a great video, have been practicing long straight follow thr potting, & getting 3 or 4 out of ten (off blue & baulk) But can’t pot any out of 20 screwing back to yellow pocket.

Helps if you have a practice partner to tell you if your back arm is properly vertical. Or I suppose you could film yourself from behind.

When you use ONLY a trace/touch of helping side, do you have to allow for deflection/ cue ball going offline or the contact point etc. Please explain, Thankyou

i have a question. my opponent was snookered near a blue shooting for a red. he nicks the blue first but then the cue ball hits the black. is that a 5 or a 7 point penalty?
