While I do think Snoop is being a real douche here, it is somewhat a language thing or rather the choice of forming his sentences, he begins with "So you're five hours late" in Norwegian we often get to the point a little bit into our dialogue, so Snoop immediately took it as an insult or something. It's both Snoop being overly sensitive/being a douche and the reporter who needs to realize our language is build in another way than English so when you're a Norwegian person speaking English you can't just directly translate, you have to restructure the whole of what you want to say.
