No it wasen't. The track was made in late 2001 and was supposed to be featured on "Paid Tha Cost 2 Be Tha Boss" - it was one the advance version that leaked to the internet in 2002 before the album dropped. Then, years later, they made a video to it and put it out online shortly before the release of "Malice In Wonderland"...
