Idk if Snoop is the bestest, most lyrical rapper, but his voice, that voice is sooo smooth, matching his smooth but tough style, his doggy-style, that is. I also like that Snoop doesn't limit the music types he raps & performs to; this joint is very, very radio friendly; even the music/meloly to Bangout is kinda hot even compared to music today. Showing rap was/is more versatile than ppl think & has yet to reach its' peak, in my opinion. Tracks like these laid the foundation for his highness' rap royalty status today!
