Snoopy that was Bruice from the story. He was in his cutscence model for some reason. If you go to model options in the trainer. Go to the last page. You will see cutscence models. They all have sideways bodies for modeling puposes.

what radar mod do you use and the guy walking sideways with no legs was brucie but it was the cutscene version of him , if you go into ped models in trainer you can get loads of sideways guys its so funny you should do a sidewasy patrol lol ?
