@@Markis2bi4 thanks I recognised the character, just not the show. Guess they didn't change his name there, huh. Also, is that the same show with like giant junk food characters or smth? Maybe I mix those up, I sometimes watched an "adult" (like Family Guy, American dad, Futurama "adult", although I remember even some of that borderline hentai stuff at some point) cartoon TV channel and it had ads for the show. Somewhere in mid 10s I think

@@unknowncommenter6698 Yes, the characters were talking consumables. Master Shake was a talking cup with a straw from his top, Frylock a box of French fries for hair, and Meatwad a literal wad of meat that talked.

And also Anon here still thinks that Malthusian trap is real, despite major agricultural revolution (it's when British have succeeded because they invented doing the cycle of different species of crops being planted, the 4-stage classic one, to be specific). Agreed. Its a bad human trait to simplify things down to cartoonishly simple summaries. And honestly I think only one point they make (the dangers of propaganda) is even a solid argument. Especially Fang's argument about music. Like, that is the exact opposite of the creation of nearly every new form of music or performance art. I do get why they did it. It's to make their bad character traits contrast or complement the outcomes so... yeah. At least by good endings they've grown up.

It's a good scene because it shows how shallow, unempathetic and misanthropic both Anon and Fang are at this point in the story. Still it's a point of connection for them but it can lead down a bad path.

@@Jayalen true, true. I was almost the same in his age. Guess it's a phase in all of us, modern people. To be fair I grew out of it quite quickly, took maybe couple years or so.
