Oh compilations are nice, I usually fall asleep pretty quickly but it's nice on the occasions I wake up in the middle of the night, doesn't happen often but I know a lot of people have that issue

I loved the combo of waves and crackling fire and the history was awesome. I’m a descendant of clan Burnett. They were gifted lands by Robert the Bruce in thanks for their support. They built and owned Crathes Castle and Muchalls Castle and were Keepers of the Royal Forest of Drum. Their royal crest reads: Courage Flourishes at the Wound. James Burnett was one of the earliest writers of evolution, even before Darwin. I’m proud to be from such an honorable, brave and intellectual family and I love hearing more about the history of my ancestral land. I have never heard of the Picts until this. It sounds like it’s likely they are apart of my ancestry as well. Thank you for this intriguing information, I’ll be studying this for awhile. I hope you do more historical pieces! I loved it. What clan are you from? I would love to see the Isle of Skye. What is the best time of year to go and how long of a stay would do it Justice?

Thank you Bri! Fascinating to know! I do endeavour to do more historical stories, yes. Ach, I'm not overly sure which 'clans' my ancestors are from - I'm a mix of all sort of stuff. Have some English, Italian, some Scottish etc. Everyone is! I'd say Spring is great! Pre-midges... ;) and about 5 days on the island allows you a nice leisurely time there, though 3 is plenty if time is precious. S x

From what I’ve heard so far, this is a great compilation. Happy New Year btw 😉. I always remember your haunting intro music in some of your older stories. Not sure whether they are here as well as I haven’t heard it all yet, but I love those so much! My problem with these long compilations is that I fall asleep but when I enter a light sleep phase, the stories wake me up again 😂. I suppose I ought to enter the 21st century and work out how to stop my phone after an hour or so. I’m a bit of a tech dino at times. Anyway, that’s MY problem. Your work is great and was worth waiting for 😁👏👌

I've been looking for a video with some ASMR super quiet voice behind some music and nature sounds. You come the closest!
