Great little jam!. I've had the TD-3 for a while. Just got the RD-6 and TD-3 MO. Not had chance to play with them much yet.

Very nice jam! I have both these machines, trying to learn how to use them. So, do you sync the TD-3 out to the RD-6 in, or the other way around? Does it actually make any difference which way the sync signals go? And I really like this slower, more easy-going approach, now you have me thinking of more ways to approach this music! Thank you!!

Thank you very much! Everybody has their own way of doing things, and unfortunately for you you asked the wrong person these questions. I record all my instruments separately in Logic, so I never sync one machine to another. After I recorded a few takes I edit them in Logic until it is what I had in mind. Good luck!

@@snotmonkeyi will also work with Logic, but i need to find a good midi and audio interface for recording
@snotmonkey10 ай бұрын
There are so many. I'm no expert unfortunately. How many instruments do you want to record at the same time? Behringers U-Phoria line is affordable and pretty good.@@FlipidusX

Depending on how many instruments you want to record into your DAW, you will want an audio interface with as many inputs as possible. Many mid-high range interfaces also have midi. From there, you can buy a midi-thru multiplier to sync up all your gear into your DAW! Hope this helps :)

Hey! Might seem like a weird question but what is the name of the blue RD-6? I can seem to find baby blue and old navy blue, yours looks perfect!

It may look like another shade of blue, but it is the Baby Blue one :-)

Thanks! The RD-6 is very easy, and there are some clear tutorials about programming the TD-3 on youtube. Good luck!
