Actually umuunlad na talaga ang pinas. Kahit nga dito sa province namin lumalawak na ang city at nagiging modern na. May mga BPO na din at mga companya na dati sa Manila mo lang makikita. Tapos kunti nalang ang lumuluwas sa Manila para maghanap ng trabaho kasi may mga options na dito nalang. Maganda na denidevelop taga probinsya para hindi magsiksikan sa Manila, di kagaya sa Japan at Skorea na parang isang City lang ang centro kaya yung mga probinsya nila halos wala nang tao at nagdedecline population nila.

All my life, I have walked the streets of the Ayala Makati and little by little the open spaces disappeared and replaced by buildings. But not in BGC, where there are lots of open spaces and sidewalks are wide that it so nice to walk. The only problem I have is the availability of parking lots to park my car.

FYI, i hope you don't mind me correcting you, the LED 3D billboard atop Harlan+Holden Because Coffee was operational since the last quarter of 2022. the 2nd 3D billboard in Central Square Mall is the one that was just recently unveiled.
