Snow in Summer - Epic Orchestral Cover (Nier Replicant)

Snow in Summer is a hauntingly beautiful piece of music from the opening of NIer: Replicant/Gestalt and is one of my favorite tracks from the Nier series due to its vibe. After listening to both the original from 2010 and the remaster from 2021 multiple times, I decided I wanted to create a combination of the two; incorporating both the haunting feeling of the original and the bombastic nature of the remaster. There's also a surprise at the end...

He killed several replicants… and indirectly caused several shades death through his actions? Both Niers are flawed regardless if we are talking of the original or the replicant. Edit: In hindsight I feel Devola and Popola are in many ways more tragic. They tried to manage the porject and due to the actions of humans and replicants the project failed, and then they maintained the blame of it solely for milenias. When in reality it was the actions of the NieR’s both the Gestalt and the replicant.
