Wow! and I've seen a few, and still; "Wow"! all of the latest innovation and technology in "Son et Lumiere" applied to mise-en-scene (staging) for grand Opera! Thank Goddess that life reserves for us such subliminal joy! Bravo! Love Hans' music - most singular music as well! Hope he comes to Paris with a production of this soon!

Absolutely mind blowing with all that amazing technology and special effects, singing just beautiful. Just bought this dvd, So rush to play tonight when home. I would love to see Bellini operas, also a ring cycle, I can just picture the Rhinemaidens swimming and Brunnhilde scene on the rocks encased in fire. I wonder would it give the other recordings and dvd, bluerays a real run for theatrical experience also home dvd's etc. Someone come up with a reconstruction and staging. Please Please.
