Warm in the west would be welcome. I still have snow on the ground from 4 days ago. We have had been covered in freezing fog for the last 3 days here in Christmas Valley Oregon. It would be nice to see some sun

your warm agenda is showing, saying the 2nd half cold retreats, are you willing to bet on that? might not be as cold but still likely to be 0-2 below normal vs the 8-12 degrees below normal for the first half, so yes warmer but not warm
