The snowfall here is perfect! Just enough to make it look pretty. I wasn’t sure we were going to get any snow but then Christmas magic happened. Starting Christmas Eve we got a white Christmas! I’m so new to living with snow, it’s a novelty for me to get out and shovel…

I'm in Escalante Campground right now it is the 4th of November 2023 I'm going to spend a month camping around Grand Junction I'm very excited about it I know there's not much BLM property around Grand Junction so I don't know how that's going to work

I would like to find a broker who helps people find the best older adult independent living community? Can you recommend anyone?

If you're talking about "Buying" a home in a 55+ Community then we can help! Check out this video! kzbin.info/www/bejne/h3S3q5uMqNJ1odU But, if you're speaking about an "Assisted Living Facility", we're not aware of any Brokers for that but try this www.payingforseniorcare.com/assisted-living-in-grand-junction-co

@@LivinginGrandJunctionColorado Thank you. I'm not looking at assisted living, but different independent living communities for 55+ with some support in caring for the community/outside home maintenance and offering community activities. I looked at the new "The Villages" being built but at this time, the co-op model of both buying in (must do now though won't be able to move in for almost a year) and having significant monthly "HOA-type" payments too, is not a financial option for me, though I think the community will be beautiful.
