If that were the case and she randomly guessed his last name was Charming, he wouldn’t have responded with “I have a name.” It’s Nolan in Storybrooke, but royals rarely use their surnames anyway. Another bit of evidence that David is smart as well as tough: Regina was hunting for Snow up and down the Enchanted Forest, armed with both powerful magic, personal knowledge of her quarry, and an entire army, and Snow eluded her for years. David identified her, located her, and trapped her, by himself, in a few days. Not a dummy.

Agree, especially this scene reminds me of Rapunzel. Charming has the innocent and passionate vibes as Rapunzel. He is good-hearted, responsible and smart too. Snow carries Flynn’s vibes with her sarcasm and cleverness. She is also very witty and realistic, and sometimes can be a bit mischievous. Just love them so much together.

I love this scene because it shows that David is not just a good fighter and a tough guy, he's also got a very sharp brain ticking away in that head of his. He and Snow did not defeat Regina by just by luck.

Honestly,no matter how good their chemistry is here,the only other guy that can compete with Josh Dallas as a fictional love interest to Ginnifer Goodwin(though not in real life) is Justin Long,whom she worked with in the romantic comedy He's Just Not That Into You.Both men are cute-though Josh overpowers Justin in looks,they both meet her at some point at the beginning,and they both got the letter J in their names for freaking sakes!Plus,Justin should already get married and have children whether adopted or biological,cause he's already in his 40s,while Ginnifer is already a mother of 2!
