I know I’m not exactly your standard ARMY, even this ol’ grandma isn’t immune to their playfulness, dedication, hard work & amazing musical skill. I truly think BTS aren’t just amazing stars, but truly good people who came together as a group…and became a true family. They & their music unite the world - what’s truly special for me is that my beloved granddaughter was the person who introduced me to them (as well as several other amazing Kpop groups) and this has led to many many hours of laughter & emotional talks, sharing videos, shows, and helps give us something special she and I share together. On a personal note, everything these boys have done is truly amazing - they’ve pushed at & broken down previously immovable barriers in their own society that clearly needed pushing, shining the light & exposing the need for important discussions & hopefully helping many struggling young men and women all around the world with issues such as personal acceptance, self love and self respect as well as the importance of mental health. They have brought such honour to not only their families, but their country as well. I wish them all nothing but happiness & send them as well as all ARMY much love. 🫰🙇🏻‍♀️

I can’t choose which one is my favorite. I love all 7 of them. This performance was very special. It was an award show for The Grammys. It was their 3rd nomination but they didn’t win. They, the Grammy voters didn’t give the award. They’re very prejudiced because they’re Korean. They have won so many other awards. The mens feelings were hurt. I love them because they work so hard and they’re so kindhearted and sweet. I felt sad. The US isn’t really kind to other countries groups. They’all be done with their military duty in June. I’m old already I have 6 great grandchildren! lol

I discovered BTS from hearing V's track on the OST of ITAEWON CLASS. I discovered KDramas and RomComs from reading a review of Crash Landing On You. I remember two Korean movies in the theater two decades ago. If I never watched Netflix, Prime or Viki I probably would not be aware of BTS. I'm older and spent years listening to all sorts of music but I've heard BTS once on radio in FL and a JK solo at the supermarket last week. My current car radio doesnt get Sirius so that's out. In my NE city Hip-Hop and RAP stations don't include KPOP so I find BTS on my own. For me, BTS doesn't win Grammy's only because they might be disliked by some which is a possibility but also there is a pecking order. Other groups waited ages to be included in Grammy wins and now others need to wait. I don't understand how repeat winners do so especially when the individual artist's entry frequently seem to be close to their earlier wins. BTS is definitely unique and better with a variety of melodies, rhythms, lyrics, individual singing and harmonizing along with unique and intense choreography. With HYBE making inroads into the US, Maybe all or some of the members may get a shot at the prize. To be fair, all of the varying Asian award shows don't seem to have Westerners participating and if I'm wrong please let me know.

@@I_love_music_n_cheese_n_music, Sugas shoulder injury was an accident, that’s down to fate, and I think they all got over the kiss and the birthday prank pretty fast, but the kidnapping that was horrible, it was after that when JK started working out and boxing, it really affected him, they literally terrorised him when he was just a child, I can’t even watch those clips, I skip over them.
