This is part two of my snowblower carburetor series. In this video I remove the pilot jet and clean it. If you have not watched the first video I would recommend doing so.

Thank you so much for this video! It fixed my surging issues, and I can idle down without killing the engine. The idle screw is difficult, but I finally got it by getting the primer hose out of the way and using an extra long screw driver with a tight fitting slot head. I’ll probably follow the instructions from your other video to clean the main jet at the end of winter as you did a great job with that video too.

I think they clog often and I might try to drill mine to the next size with a very small drill bit. Super annoying...only 1 year old, replaced the carb and worked fine for a month and clogged again.
