It's so great to watch you gain your confidence on your snow machine. You took that fallen ice bridge like a champ. I love that you took the furbabies. PS...I really want to groom Sophie. 😂

Right. Good news is we have a new neighbor who is a groomer. Sofi no longer has to be embarrassed because her momma is a horrible groomer. Regular spa days are a thing now for this paw princess. 🥰

I was waiting for the blooper reel, because I'm pretty sure this was the trip where Gary "bounced" off the trail and tipped the sled over. Super curious how that tiny little cabin is set up for 4 adults and 3 dogs at night! 😳Always love watching!
@LivingFreeAlaska9 ай бұрын
My girlfriend Bobby was thankful I didn't show the inside of the "cabin". LOL The previous winter Gary went out for a boys weekend and helped them constructed 4 bunks in one corner, making an L basically. So each adult has a good sized sleeping area. The third wall is a small cooking counter and storage and the front wall is where the small propane stove is setup in the corner opposite of the door. In all its just a 10x10 shed to get them by until they build a true cabin in the future on the property. But very common for a "remote cabin" in the back country. The building was originally a generator shed for the previous owners and they turned it into something they could use while they build up the property.

@LivingFreeAlaska Looked like a gorgeous area and if you stay cozy and have fun, that's all that matters! 😊

Is the cabin only available to live in winter ( transportation to get there???
@LivingFreeAlaska9 ай бұрын
No it's accessible year round by ATV in the summer months too. We haven't visited in the summer months yet but our friends use it more in the winter and then their adult children use it in the summer time for fishing in a nearby lake.
