Tip: when painting on black you can first paint white chalk paint and THEN paint the orange. Makes it much more opaque. Or mix cornstarch into your acrylic paint. It makes it much better.

Love, love, love your DIYs. Snow was fun when I was young but I am.old and it is so much easier without the white and slippery. Living in NE Iowa, we can get a lot of snow and ice. Ice is the worst! You can easily fall and I don't bounce. At least I am retired so I don't have to fight the eliments to go to work because, as a nurse, they wanted you there, no matter what. Now, I can stay inside where it is warm and craft all day long. You know it is bad when even the dog doesn't want to go out. In the forecast, we have 3 nights in the 20s and one nightat 31° We have had a couple nights of frost and then you start this process of covering your plants or hauling them into the garage because you aren't ready to say goodbye yet. Finally, it is a lost cause and you let them go. The snow can be pretty and it was so much fun. I loved ice skating and sledding with friends, cooking a pot of chili and some hot chocolate over an open fire while we took a break from sledding down hills.

I thought the Frosty’s baby picture was adorable and creative!! I’m in Michigan.. yes, we get SNOW!! It snows into April. We’ve been known to 12 inches of snow at one time, and that’s not even as bad as some of my neighboring states get!! I’m not complaining, it’s really pretty at night when it’s falling.

Oh my gosh, how do I decide! I'm really loving the marshmallow s'more. The melting snowman got to me; it reminded me of my son when he was three and watched Frosty The Snowman for the first time. I grew up in Houston(NorthShore) a long, long time ago. Believe it or not we had snow one time!! Myself and two other kids were able to make two goofball size snowballs. We just thought it was the best! Now I live in Little Rock where we get snow and ice. Cute crafts!!!
