@@GreeklishOutdoors it’s crazy easy!you remove the cover unscrew the back valve get rid of the valve block inside and put it back together!there are multiple videos on KZbin!you will make it more than 2-2,5 times more powerful joules wise!also it’s the same procedure as the umarex tr50

It’s great fun and not a bad price either. You can buy the Umarex HDR .50, so you should be able to get the Snowpeak…. Although it is illegal in the UK to use it for self defense 😔

Great informative video. The Defender is not for sale anywhere here in the U.S. How can I go about purchasing one? It does seem to be ideal for a personal defense weapon and as a senior citizen here in Alexandria Louisiana, I need one of those.

Hi, thanks very much. Yes it’s pretty loud. Louder than a regular air pistol (but that also makes it good as a deterrent/for self defense). But if you aren’t firing too late in the day, you should be fine with the neighbours. 😊👍🏼🔫

If living in a country where this is allowed for self defense I would be worried that the intruder could possibly have a real firearm Then what the outcome 😢

Yes that is very true. Unfortunately it’s a bit of a catch 22 situation. If you live in a country where you are allowed to have a real firearm, then yes this might not be an effective option. However, in many countries that don’t allow firearms, it might also be illegal to use this air gun against an intruder. Where it’s legal, I’d buy a real gun, where it’s not, I’d use this (and take my chances later). It’s a sad reality (especially for us in Europe) where the criminals seam to have more rights (and often given more leniency with the law) than those trying to defend ourselves. 😔
