Do it! A 1st gen was my first truck in school and it was 2wd auto then I converted it to 4x4 and 5speed, restored it and I’m still driving it today! I’m 26 now

I bought a First Gen for sale a couple years ago. It’s one of my special rides now. 6 speed manual, twin turbos, 600+hp. What a truck man! My first pickup was a 97 2500... the 97 in my youtube name is the year of my first vehicle. I still own it! Bought it junior year of highschool and kept nodding it over the years. It makes over 900hp. Twin turbos etc. it’s a mean black beast. I love the trucks. I own 3. Shit I may buy a 3rd gen. Probably a 05 to a 08. I just love dodge trucks. I’m dodge guy. Since I own 3 old muscle cars I may have to sell my first gen because I have a lot of vehicles. I’ll say em. I own a 18 dodge dually (Daily driver) it tows my trailers, 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 12 valve manual, 1992 dodge 2500 diesel, 2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat, 2016 Dodge Durango (wifes vehicle) 1969 Dodge Charger, 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, 1969 Dodge Coronet super bee. RESTORED!! 426 MOPAR HEMI, in the Cuda, 440s in the 2 old dodges. May do a 426 in my Super Bee. My 3 favorite muscle cars I loved since I was young. The largest vehicle I own is a 1979 Kenworth W900A with a 3408 Caterpillar. I found that truck in a field, and took that home and restored it. Eventually I found all the information for it and became able to own it. I may be looking for a late 90s to 2007 Kenworth W900L with a CAT 3406, a 3406E, but I mostly want the 3406e motor in it or a C15 Acert. I want it to have power to pull lowboy trailer and my race trailer. My 79 W900A pulls them. It has engine work done to it also. Trucks mostly a show truck. I enjoy that vehicle so much. Reason I want that W900L is because ya know, newer and has more power. I’ll be complete with my dream vehicles after I buy that... sadly I may have to sell the first gen, and 2 more to be able. I own a lot of vehicles over the years.

Phase 1 update broke modding things, I wanted to add a hitch and trailers to it with some addons but the game said nah you can't use a mods folder anymore and TC gets it on the Realism

I remember back when Tomcat was only doing mudrunner when it was new and playing with mors and all. I would just love it they added a 2nd Gen Cummins into snowrunner and a couplr dodge semi trucks into snowrunner that'd be AWESOME.

When i was a kid my uncle had a 1st gen ram with the cummins. And to this day people still talk about it. He owned a small logging company. And used it as a log skidder for a month when his cat broke down. Just imagine a brand new 1st gen that got the bed and fenders taken off 40's thrown on it. A 6" pipe welded like a 5th wheel. Then logs chained to it being pulled threw mud and muck. Ole blue is a legend in my area!!!!

Oh and it still lives to this day. And still gets used as a skidder. But it now has a detroit diesel. And an exo cage. It looks straight mad max. Its intimidating in the woods dragging logs with the screaming detroit and the tire chains clanking around.

It's rare you see a 1st cummins ram anymore there rare. Only reason why is because 1st gen Cummins ram came out right around the time the square body ram got retired (89-90 to 92 in years at least for the diesel powered 1st gen ram) in favor of a 2nd gen because the square bodies by that mid 90's were not meeting fuel efficiency or even passing emissions anymore by the federal us government(93-99) then the 3rd gen(99-07) and beyond you still see on the road now. The 2nd gen Cummins ram are starting to go the way of the 1st and will be rare I bet by the mid 2020's. That will be a fun a truck to scout around Canada that and the high boy ford. AS LONG AS FOCUS AND SABER DELIVER ON MODS ON CONSOLES BY PHASE 2 AS PROMISED.
