I've spent a fair bit of time in game so far. I got most of the first map in Michigan knocked out solo, the last few tasks involve hunting for stuff and I'll save that for multiplayer for divide and conquer purposes. I have noticed a few things (Xbox user) that need addressed. First off, the camera goes super wonky when the ramped flatbed wagon trailer is attached. It goes top down view whenever you shift the camera towards the rear to look forward and when you switch to trailer view. You need to offset the camera to one side or the other and you lose visibility on the opposing side. On top of that, I found a couple map glitches that when you enter a specific spot, the mud disappears and creates a hole that's at least 8 feet deep that you can actually fall into. If you drive around the edges the hole widens and you could easily swallow the pre order Navistar military semi. (may or may not have done that 🤣) Also major problem for me in multiplayer where my first winch suggestions was rejected by my partner and any time after that, our winch suggestions would auto reject no matter what. Aside from those little hiccups that can probably be patched fairly soon, I really don't have much to complain about. The UI is a little unusual but it's smooth. The graphics are gorgeous and I find myself switching to interior view often just because the interiors are so well laid out and appealing. The customization features are great and I've played with them quite a bit. I like that you can sell back upgrades and also sell off stock and previous upgrades you no longer use to recoup costs. I love that feature. The only thing I would like to see on the map UI specifically is a way to see the task/contract start points as the map currently only shows the waypoints (pickup/delivery/waypoints) and finding the location to accept the task can be quite bothersome to try to locate sometimes. Overall the game is very well put together for initial release. Very stable, very smooth and well worth the cost IMHO.

@AZ BMX, it’s actually WAY better with fuel economy at lower speeds...keep it in high on trails and it won’t keep switching gears and stopping frustratingly...notice how everytime a truck grabs the next gear in auto, there is a huge surge in fuel consumption. On the open road, I would agree with you.

the h2 is just a suburban with an expensive body. the uaz was a military vehicle. military vehicles are spartan as hell but ive owned some of the vehicles like an actual suburban and jeeps and the scout 800 and set up right, they are all beasts with the right driver or driving team! learning to run trails in real life is both amazing and a rush, and a degree of skidmarks from time to time

The khan is labeled as a DLC vehicle and the Navistar is labeled as a pre order bonus on my game (Pre-ordered the premium pack with season pass). Both will be in your truck storage. Khan with the first engine upgrade is insane! Hard to control at times honestly. But the Navistar is an absolute beast!! Using it to clear the first map and it will plow through anything. So far they are the 2 best off road vehicles I've used period. Also be careful with the Khan because it is quite top heavy and will roll if you are not careful! If you can afford it add lights to the trucks you use the most. They help significantly

When you're driving in auto mode if you feel the car should up shift or downshift and the car isn't doing it, hit LB and it will be as if yo hit the clutch and will down or up shift 1 or 2 gears as needed that way yo don't have to fully stop you can keep momentum.
