Pro tip- pour a little hot water from your kettle onto the paper filter once its in there, it will keep it from moving around and possibly ruining your morning.

Aeropress makes a metal reusable filter. It was a game changer for me. I hated managing all the little circle filters

Very nice video Sebastian. I first subscribed to your channel early this year while deciding to getting my first Westfalia. By early spring 2024 i took on a 1986 Westfalia weekender. I’m not planning to live in it but probably short camping 🏕️ near my property. So far good. Fixed many original parts. It is expensive as it became most expensive vehicle I’ve own. But it is definitely a fun van and hopefully it stays a bit reliable for a while.

Chohula is my fav... hot sauce also .. and a medium iron skillet is perfect with little butter oil to toast/ heat the corn/ flour tortillas!! do it at home. wondered why the massive beef meals! me 55 a quarter of that n veggies / tortilla n cheese guac/ salsa is good! GOOD coffee you need to spend good money on when in the outdoors, as the extra meat, and good! beer/ booze for the end of the day! always had myself.. How are the the price on eggs there? for using a half a dozen for French toast! which I love doing.. it is 4 bucks.. 6-8 a dozen.. local store.. Costco, less.. w membership.. almost worth a membership with gas/ egg... savings! ha ha Like the quick dress... takes! seen many other V-logs and you have the trademark on those takes!. Good thing for your Westy! ... as your bear experience. ... (grizzly's. mmm wow. ) ... in UP MI ..early 90's, w 2 other back packers while in college.. in the porcupine mountains adjacent to Lake Superior! (last day of camping with our Brown bear or 2 encounter...) The 3 of us rolled in camped the first day dry and last 2 were rainy all day except rolling into a cool camp spot next to Lake Superior.. sun came out for us a couple hours before dark... hung wet stuff.. cooked, n hung food.. I had the tenet closest to the food tree bars! ha 3 amish no rain, clear night w breeze.. heard a crunch.. crunch.. snapping of twigs, and then close the mmmmmmffft... mmmmmmfffft.. heard breathing of the bear... sniffed at my tent! had a wrapper of a gernola bar.. other food, smelly stuff in the food bags! lol. it went for the bags... munch n crunch for 20 minutes.. other 2 did not get out to try scaring away!! Me shaking like shit, as no big knife.. or even anything heavy to strike!.. and bear was feet from my tent.. chowing.. others 10-15 feet away. it left we talked little ... like... you hear that?? mmmm. and had a sip of water n back to bed. THEN. same thing happened again... like a bad nightmare! and it hung out 5-10 minutes.. snacking on something! then went away! 2nd bear? or same one.... ? guessing. Long story short, we were left with 3 tea bags... n water to cook.. rest was confiscated by the bear/ bears!.. we were tea bagged by bears! luckily a day hike back to our car! lol. ok. love your bear encounter!... at 55 I am equally loving truck/ van trailer camping instead of a small 1-3 person tent in unknown areas!!
