Why fill some areas with a soft pipe consistency and then fill over it with a 15 second flood?

Harriet O'Neil Sometimes smaller areas that your flooding capture air underneath them and it causes craters while it’s drying. Piping some soft piping consistency in the area before adding the flooding can help reduce though.
