I agree that the FL250/FL350/FL400 needs a re-release. Some say that a 2 stroke is more fun but I personally think that the CB500 engine could be an excellent and a bit dangerous fit, because it could allow for a higher top speed. Add a dual clutch transmission and make it around 50 inches wide for those tight trails and I would call it perfect.

I used to love riding the big red Honda three wheelers as a kid in the 80's and 90's. Honda made some rugged machines for sure, I saw a few of these Odysseys ripping around every now and then at that time as well,these little beasts look like a lot of fun. It really sucks that I was never able to take one for a rip.

Reminds me of breading and training beagles. Used to ride my 70's model duel sports with socks tied to lines on them through the snow many miles away close to town. First time actually seeing or maybe remembering an oddessy but I didn't get to town much. Now every town is full of them in the driveways around me. I only notice them while traveling through town. Never seen on from Canada to Cap corn and lots of places in between but Honda almost had something back then. Couldn't count howany Honda's I've owned but they help get the job done better than most.

A friend of mine and I searched the dealerships for two of these when the very first came out. We had to go to two dealers to get them. We rode them twice in the snow. The second time was a blizzard and when we were done our coveralls were actually frozen! I kick myself ALL the time for getting rid of mine. They want more for a trashed one IF you can find one than I paid new. Id put a Snow mobile engine in one if I could find a decent one!

Malcolm Forbes I have an 85 but someone put a big bore kit in it. The piston was messed up when I got it and I can’t get a piston the right size ( it’s .060 over YZ 490 piston. So, I need to sleeve the jug but I’m not sure what they used. It’s a LECKICH CO big bore kit. Have you ran into or heard of this company? They are out of Texas and the man that made them died! I just need to find out what sleeve they used in their jug casting! Thanks for any info you can give me and for your time!
@malcolmforbes32315 жыл бұрын
shawn wagner I have heard of it! I have one and it’s getting redone currently. You’ll have to send it to LA Sleeve and have them re-sleeve it. It’s not a quick or cheap process. Plan on 8-10 weeks and $1500 😕
